Rehabbing. Yes, this is the single best way to add value to the house & the community while increasing the economic activity in the neighborhood. Oh, and yes, make some money. There’s work involved though. And the question is, how much rehab? In our business, we rely on the education and the relationship we have with the experts: both nationally and locally. In a previous post, Mike Jacka, pres of MnREIA, offers a quick overview of evaulating in the field. Paul Esajian, of A&E’s Flip This House fame, offers a systems approach which we use in our rehabs.
